Connections
Please make and explain any connections that you've made with texts in this class. These connections could be text to text, text to self, or text to world connections. The texts that we've worked with include videos (Dead Leaves and Dirty Ground/How They Get There by Michael Gondry and Spike Jonze, respectively), books (Glass Castle or any of the books you've read on your own), or short stories/excerpts (The Incomplete Quad).

World/Book-Connection
My book is called “the circle of blood”.
My book connects to the real world because it shows that life goes on. No matter what happens – people die, lies are told, promises are broken, - life goes on. And most of the time, “death glides past, unnoticed in the darkness.” A lot of the time no one knows why but in the end it’s forgotten. Maybe not that minute or that year. Maybe not in 100years but in the end it’s forgotten.
My book also connects to the real world because every day someone has to die. In my book the main character is a in Forensics and is the assistant to a coroner. Like in the real world, people live, love, and then the unforgotten fact that everyone is designed and destined for the grave.
